The Automotive Oasis was conceived as that permanent home—a quiet sanctuary on the East Cape where our nomadic philosophy puts down roots. We have always believed that mechanical art is simply the catalyst; the genuine purpose is the effortless gathering that takes place around it.
Thirty three private gallery residences encircle an organic central garden, designed not as a venue, but as an intimate residential home. Here, private collections are held under dedicated, unhurried stewardship, while family, quiet conversation, and the natural rhythm of the peninsula set the pace.

ARCHITECTURE FOR AUTOMOTIVE MASTERWORKS
“The architecture of The Automotive Oasis is an exercise in restraint and territorial belonging. Rather than imposing a foreign object onto the East Cape, the master plan reads as a geological extension of the landscape—low horizontal volumes embedded directly into the topography.
At the center of the site, an organic botanical oasis acts as a passive climatic engine. This dense, shaded core establishes an immediate microclimate: capturing coastal breezes, lowering ambient temperatures, and circulating filtered air directly into the thirty-three gallery residences and the adjacent automotive concierge.
Light is treated as a primary building material, calibrated vertical apertures sculpt the harsh desert glare into soft, indirect daylight within the residential and mechanical galleries. The resulting spaces allow precision machinery and living quarters to exist in continuous dialogue with raw earth, shifting shadows, and the natural rhythm of the peninsula.”
